二 | 经过抽签，28支劲旅分入4个小组，多重回避规则保障赛事公平。揭幕战定于9月4日，由卫冕冠军杭州队坐镇主场对阵台州队，小组赛开启主客场双循环模式，整个赛程从9月延续至2027年1月，一场属于浙江的草根篮球盛宴即将全面上演。抽签现场，28支队伍被分为4个小组、每组7队。今年由于新增了6支球队，为保障赛事更加公平，本次抽签设置多重回避规则。本次分组抽签落实“同市不同组”的回避原则，最大程度保证赛事公平性与观赏性。

三 | 另外涉及的回避原则还包括：揭幕战回避原则，上赛季揭幕战是杭州队对战诸暨队，本赛季确定杭州队将出战揭幕战的情况下，诸暨队不能同组；市级联队回避原则，每组市级联队不能超过三支；第三档第二批球队回避原则，该批次球队同组不超过两支。

四 | 根据赛事组委会制定的抽签规则，上赛季的四强球队分在第一档，杭州、丽水、温州、富阳四支队伍作为种子队直接落位A、B、C、D 四个小组。上赛季第5名到第8名的球队分在第二档。剩余的七支市级联队是第三档第一批，五支预选赛亚军球队和义乌队是第三档第二批，七支预选赛冠军球队是第三档第三批。最终，抽签结果出炉。A组有杭州队、台州队、桐乡队、余姚队、安吉队、江山队、普陀队。B组有丽水队、永康队、绍兴队、舟山队、瑞安队、临安队、临海队。C组有温州队、诸暨队、金华队、衢州队、玉环队、宁海队、海宁队。D组有富阳队、苍南队、嘉兴队、湖州队、宁波队、义乌队、云和队。赛制方面，本赛季浙BA小组赛实行主客场双循环，每支球队将拥有6个主场、6个客场，小组前四名晋级16强淘汰赛。淘汰赛阶段，16进8、8进4、半决赛均采用三战两胜主客场赛制，小组赛战绩占优队伍享有主场优先权；总决赛采用五战三胜制。整个赛程将从9月持续至2027年1月。
